The practical evening in May was well attended and those who attended enjoyed making the small projects and chatting with their friends.
Edna Dean has started a Long Arm Quilting Service and people who have used her service are very pleased the the results. Details of how to contact her can be found on the Useful Websites/Information page.
Information about the workshops for October and November is now available. The workshop with Phillippa Naylor, on Thursday 2nd October 2014 is entitled Machine Traputo and the two day workshop with Amanda Hall will cover three projects: Kangaroo Bag, Quilt "Home Comfort" and a Runner "Winter Splendour". You can mix and match the projects either doing the quilt over the two days or a bag on one day and the runner on the next. You can do one day or two days depending on which project/s you wish to do.
