The April meeting was well
attended, the speaker Sheena Norquay gave us a wonderful slide show of her
influences from Orkney. Her work was very inspiring. 19 attended her workshop
on the Thursday, we all thoroughly enjoyed it learning new hand sewing
techniques making a small landscape.
What a wonderful show and tell we
had. You all do brilliant work. Thankyou all for sharing.
The trunk show we will be doing
will be called Village Life, size will be 11” x 14” portrait. It would be
lovely to see you on the 11th April to drop in for a chat and advice if needed.
Some of us will be at the Church from 3pm till p.m..
The May practical evening will
have nice kits for you to either work on in the evening or take home to enjoy.
